We had several of these when I was young. I think we made them in Girl Scouts. You take IBM punchcards and fold the corners on one end into points, then glue them in a circular fashion onto a paper plate. Then you buy one of those highly flamable toxic cans of gold spray paint and hopefully go outside and spray away! We also made wreaths out of warped 78 RPM records. Kids nowdays are making stuff out of cds, weird, hey?   :^)                                                                                        Are you STILL there?
